Before I started helping clients grow their podcasts, I spent 10 years leading and managing multimillion-dollar high-volume retail teams stores. That experience taught me how to motivate people, navigate complexity, and—most importantly—understand how consumers think and make decisions. It’s where I first fell in love with the psychology of what gets someone to stop, listen, and take action.

That skill set followed me into my next chapter as an Online Business Manager, where I worked closely with service-based business owners. I helped them streamline systems, delegate with confidence, and stay focused on the big picture. And many of them had podcasts—or wanted one—but were stuck.

They weren’t seeing traction. The content felt disjointed. It wasn’t supporting their bigger goals.

That’s when I stepped in to help and saw firsthand how much opportunity was being left on the table. After working with clients to reposition their shows, create a smarter content strategy, and streamline the production process, things started to shift. Their podcasts became easier to manage and more aligned with the clients they actually wanted to attract.

That’s when I knew podcast production was where I could make the biggest impact.
